Delete Your ProCards AI Account
You can delete your account directly in the app or request deletion by email if you no longer have access.
Delete in the app
Open the ProCards AI app and go to:
Settings > Delete account
If you cannot access the app
Email support@procards.ai from the email associated with your account and request deletion.
What happens next
When your deletion request is processed, your ProCards AI account and associated app data will be permanently deleted.
Some transaction or legal records may be retained where required by law.
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
